Your birth details

What this site does with what you type, stated as narrowly and as precisely as it can be.

Nothing you type is stored. The date, time, place and name you enter are used to compute the page in front of you and are then gone: they are never written to a file or a database, never recorded in the logs, and never sent anywhere else. There is no account, and no cookie is set.

One page puts what you typed in the address bar: the panchang lookup, whose result has a shareable address of the form /panchang/city/date. That address contains a place and a date and nothing else. Every page computed from a birth TIME is submitted as a form and its address contains none of it.

The server logs the method, the route and how long the request took. It does not log form contents. Rate limiting keeps recent visitor addresses in memory only, never on disk, and forgets them when the process restarts.

No third party receives anything. The site loads no fonts, scripts, images or analytics from anywhere else, and makes no outbound request while serving a page.

A birth chart for a child is a chart of a child's personal data. If you are computing one for someone else — a baby name, a match, anyone who is not you — you should have the right to do that on their behalf.
