How the day is chosen
The day Ekadashi is running at sunrise. When it runs through two sunrises, the second day. When the next day holds Ekadashi, Dwadashi and Trayodashi all at once (Trisparsha), the day before. Vaishnavas (ISKCON) fast one day later when Dashami is still running 96 minutes before sunrise, or when Dwadashi runs through two sunrises; that date is shown under the name.
Dates and times are for Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. Another town can differ by a day when a tithi changes close to sunrise. You can change the place above.
